I take the opertunity of riting afew lines to you to let you no that we ar all well at this time and hoping that these few lines may find you in the same state of health I am living on sedar Creak[Cedar Creek] in wayne County Close to where the sosiation will be held this year Come out an see us then it will commence on Friday before the third sunday in august I want you to tell all the rest of them in howda for me Elizabeth sends her best respects to you all P L Powers is her husband and he is runing for the legislator and I want you to do all you Can for him for he is our friend and we ort to his for he is is in good standing and is worthey of the office
