Description
Nederlands: Een van de twaalf schilderingen van een zesslags kamerscherm, elk met gezichten van kastelen en dorpen in de omgeving van Maastricht. Hier een gezicht op het dorp Sint Pieter. Links de kerk van Sint Pieter. Op de achtergrond rechts het buitenhuis La Motterie. Het kamerscherm is aan twee kanten beschilderd. Aan de andere kant is één doorlopend riviergezicht van de Maas en de Sint-Pietersberg te zien. De schilderingen worden toegeschreven aan Josua de Grave (1643–1712). Hoogte kamerscherm: 225 cm; breedte kamerscherm: 513 cm. Hoogte paneel: 103.5 cm; breedte paneel: 74 cm. Olieverf op linnen. Het scherm is door de eigenaar LGOG in langdurig bruikleen afgestaan aan het Bonnefantenmuseum in Maastricht (inv.nr. 1000203), die het op zijn beurt omstreeks 1993 in bruikleen afstond aan het Limburgs Museum in Venlo.
