Summary[edit]

Description
English: Extended focus videos of day 8 CD8 T cell motility in the flu infected trachea. Adoptively transferred OT-I-GFP CD8+ T cells (green) are imaged by multiphoton intravital microscopy after infection with influenza X31-OVA-I as described in materials and methods. The movies show examples of the extended focus videos, taken from a point of view inside the trachea peering through, used to generate the motility parameters for days 6–10 after infection.
