Construction site located in an excavated area. Construction and equipment and works building stone walls.

Workers are using an excavator to lift and position stones on the wall. The stone visible on the wall on the left that are hanging out further that the rest of wall are called tie-backs. As the backer stone and concrete is filled in around them they will help tie the fill and the cut-stone walls together.
