Deutsch: Ludwigstraße 62, Neuötting; Rathaus, stattlicher, die Häuserzeile überragender Bau mit Grabendach, zinnenbekrönter Vorschussmauer und Glockentürmchen, erdgeschossige Lauben und Erdgeschossflur im rückwärtigen Teil mit Kreuzgratgewölben, in den Baukörper integriert sechsgeschossiger spätmittelalterlicher Stadtturm mit Grabendach, an der Südseite Kastenerker, im Kern teilweise wohl noch 16. Jahrhundert, nach dem Stadtbrand von 1797 verändert, 1967 und in den 1990er Jahren durchgreifend erneuert mit Wiederherstellung der neugotischen Fassadengliederung
