Description
Deutsch: Die Großherzogin-Charlotte-Brücke („Pont Grand-Duchesse Charlotte“, Rout Bréck bzw „Rote Brücke“ genannt) wurde 1965 fertig gestellt und ist eine Stahlbrücke, die das Tal der Alzette (Pfaffenthal) in Luxemburg (Stadt) überspannt und das Europaviertel auf dem Kirchberg-Plateau mit dem Stadtzentrum Luxemburgs verbindet. Sie ist nach Charlotte von Luxemburg benannt.
English: The Grand Duchess Charlotte Bridge ("Großherzogin-Charlotte-Brücke", "Pont Grand-Duchesse Charlotte", also called Rout Bréck or „Rote Brücke“ (meaning: "Red Bridge") was completed in 1965 and is a steel bridge that spans the valley of the Alzette (Pfaffenthal) in Luxembourg (city) and the European quarter on the Kirchberg plateau with the city center of Luxembourg. She is named after Charlotte of Luxembourg.
