Marques, inscriptions, poinçons: Légende - Au droit circulaire : "VIVRE LIBRE OU MOURIR" ; au revers dans le champ : "LA / NATION / LA LOI ET / LE ROI" ; au revers à l'exergue : "1791".
Description iconographique:

Droit : trophée composé d'un canon, d'un faisceau, d'un tambour, de lauriers, d'une épée en pal surmontée d'un bonnet phrygien et d'un bouclier sur lequel on lit "MERITE / RECOMPENSE" ; revers : inscription sur quatre lignes surmontée d'un soleil rayonnant, suivie d'un globe terrestre posé sur une règle et une ancre en sautoir et entourée d'une couronne de feuilles de chêne et d'olivier.
