Nederlands: Op het rood fluwelen speldekussen zijn aan de bovenkant in een medaillon het Christusmonogram IHS en drie kruisnagels geborduurd. Op de symbolen zijn pareltjes vastgezet. Om het medaillon is met gelegd en gehecht gouddraad een stralenkrans aangebracht. In de hoeken van het kussen kruisvormige bloemversieringen van gelegd gouddraad, waarin centraal een halfedelsteentje is gevat en aan de armen pareltjes zijn vastgenaaid. De onderkant van het speldekussen vertoont dezelfde ornamentiek; in het medaillon wordt met pareltjes het Mariamonogram MRA weergegeven.
