Description
Deutsch: Am 18. Oktober begann sich ein dritter Lavadom am Mount St. Helens zu bilden, der 34 Meter hoch und 300 breit war, was ihn höher als ein neunstöckiges Gebäude und breiter als drei Fußballfelder machte. Dieses Bild wurde aus nördlicher Richtung aus der Luft gemacht.
English: On October 18th, 1980, a third dome started growing at Mount St. Helens. This October dome was 112 feet (34 meters) high and 985 feet (300 meters) wide, making it taller than a nine-story building and wider than the length of three football fields. This aerial view is from the north.
