Description
Nederlands: Gezicht op de gevel van Vroom & Dreesmann in de Grote Staat in Maastricht. Gebouwd tussen 1930 en 1933 in expressionistische stijl met invloeden van de Amsterdamse School door de Amsterdamse architect Jan Kuijt. Met een front dat reikte van P. de Gruyter & zn (links) tot Jungschlager (Grote Staat 15) en van Winckers tot Kamps in de Vijfharingenstraat ontwierp Kuijt een voor die tijd modern warenhuis, met een lichtkoepel en drie etalage-eilanden onder een luifel.
