Putti kronen het Kind met een krans van bloemen. Voor hen knielen heiligen in aanbidding. In het gezelschap bevinden zich onder andere Maria Magdalena (met zalfpot), de H. Joris (in harnas) en de H. Hiëronymus, die een bijbel onder zijn arm houdt. De knielende man in bisschopsgewaad en de figuren achter hem zijn niet met zekerheid te identificeren. In de marge een Bijbelcitaat uit Ps. 150 in het Latijn.
