Description
English: Mahkoolma site with artist's impression of proposed capital city (Charles Coulter, Australian Town & Country Journal, 6 June 1906, p.19). The accompanying description reads, "The second is an imaginative picture, which serves to convey an idea of the appearance of the Federal city if built at Mahkoolma. This view looks towards Mount Carroll, which can be seen in the centre of the picture.".
