Description
English: Time-lapse video showing movement of EB1-GFP-labeled MT plus-ends in mDia1-/- EB1-GFP-expressing MEFs plated over ICAM-1. Images were collected over 5 minutes and captured at a frame rate of 2.98 frames/second. The video is representative of 3 independent experiments.
