Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 STED imaging of neuroligin-1 in organotypic brain slices. Overlay of confocal (GFP) and STED (red) stacks in z (1 plane every 1 μm) of single cell electroporated neurons expressing GFP, AP-Nlg1, and BirAER, in a mouse organotypic brain slice. Note the high specificity of mSA labeling, and extremely low background.
