Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Marble Arch Mound is/was a temporary visitor attraction at the end of Oxford Street, London. It is a vast scaffold structure covered with a plastic fabric fleece that was thought to look like grass. To complete the illusion this is punctured by several potted trees. As paid attraction it failed- the toilets were a welcome after thought. It re-opened with out charge in August 2021. This is the view from the extensive underground station and underpass
