Nederlands: Marktwerking in de zorg is een zegen, dat wil zeggen als het onder de juiste randvoorwaarden wordt ingevoerd stelt Marco Varkevisser, iBMG-EUR. Een van de bijwerkingen van het Nederlandse zorgstelsel is dat de risico's voor de ziekenhuizen sterk is toegenomen, de budgetzekerheid is weggevallen, en de vermogenspositie van ziekenhuizen is verzwakt. Het toestaan van privaat kapitaal zal dan ook noodzakelijk zijn maar gebonden blijven aan randvoorwaarden.
Toch is volgens Varkevisser de invoering van vrije tarieven in de mondzorg te snel gegaan; de randvoorwaarden als kwaliteitstransparantie en mobiliteit van patiënten waren nog niet duidelijk. |
