Čeština: Česky psané (vyplněný a orazítkovaný formulář) osvědčení podle paragrafu 8 Zákona 255/1946 Sbírky; MNO číslo jednací 85847-Chu-48/1948, evidenční číslo 40995; datováno ke dni 10. ledna 1949. Toto osvědčení přiznává Marii Churavé (1897–1982) statut účastníka národního boje za osvobození.
English: Czech written (completed and stamped form) certificate under Section 8 of Act 255/1946 Collected Laws; MNO reference number 85847-Chu-48/1948, registration number 40995; dated 10 January 1949. This certificate grants Maria Churavá (1897-1982) the status of a participant in the national liberation struggle.
