Description O Passex (Passing Exercise ou Exercício de Passagem), cujo propósito é garantir a comunicação e cooperação entre marinhas em tempos de guerra ou em caso de uma ajuda humanitária, ocorreu durante a travessia entre Recife (PE) e Cartagena (Colômbia). Na ocasião, os Navios realizaram formaturas táticas e aproximação para o reabastecimento no mar, com e sem a passagem do cabo de distância (Leap Frog e Lightline).
