Description
Português: Posse do presidente José Sarney e seu substituto legal Ulisses Guimarães em 15.03.1985, em sessão conjunta do Congresso Nacional, presidida pelo senador José Fragelli.


A partir de 21.04.1985, exerceu a Presidência da República, por sucessão, em virtude do falecimento do Presidente Tancredo de Almeida Neves. José Sarney foi o primeiro Governo civil após o movimento Militar de 1964.
