Deutsch: Hochgradig pathologisches MCU (Miktionszysturethrogramm). Das über die Harnblase applizierte Kontrastmittel dringt bereits ohne Miktion bis in die Uretheren ein und füllt beide (konsekutiv dilatierte) Nierenbecken. Technik: Die Bilder wurden mit 0,1 mm Cu-Filter, gepulster Durchleuchtung und last image hold erzeugt, sodass nur eine sehr geringe und keine unnötige Strahlenbelastung nötig war. |
