Català: La cisteïna proteasa (en negre) realitza un atac nucleofílic sobre el substrat peptídic (en vermell). Es produeix l'acilació de l'enzim, es forma el complex acil-enzim i pateix una desacilació que fa regenerar l'enzim lliure. La lletra a) fa referència a la cisteïna desprotonada. |
