English: United Fire Brigade Long Service medal with seven 2 year clasps, presented to Henry John Wilton, Paeroa Volunteer Fire Brigade, 1926 clasps- silver medal on red ribbon with seven silver clasps, each for 2 years service; fixed ring suspension obverse- legend- UNTED FIRE BRIGADES ASSOCIATION; in exurgue- motto- AUXILIUM IN PERICULO; at centre figure of fireman holding hose with letters N - Z on either side reverse- legend- LONG SERVICE MEDAL around top; in field- PRESENTED TO - FOR - FIVE YEARS SERVICE - DATE COMPLETED; with engraved details- Foreman - H. WILTON - by - Paeroa V.F.B. - 2.5.26 ribbon- plain red grosgrain ribbon with buckle brooch fastening at top and ornate ribbon suspension bar with fire helmet and crossed fire axes; marked (engraved) PAEROA - V.F.B.
