Notes Queen's Service Medal (Public Service), 1976 Anthony James Clarkson, NZ Public Works Department Anthony James Clarkson, worked with the Public Works Department before and after WW2, initially as a Timekeeper, then as Employment Officer and finally as Project Industrial Officer at the Turangi Power Project. He was awarded the Queen's Service Medal for Public Services in 1976.
