English: Salvation Army Long and Faithful Service Medal awarded to Major Sarah Clayden silver and enamel cross patonce, 36mm wide, ring suspension, with ribbon obverse- central circular red enamel medallion, with crossed swords superimposed over S and Christian cross, banner with legend- BLOOD AND FIRE, surmounted by crown, banner below- THE SALVATION ARMY, enamel border on arms of Maltese cross with legend- LONG AND FAITHFUL SERVICE, bar at top of ribbon with enamel flag attached reverse- inscribed- 16 · 7 · 03 - MAJOR SARAH CLAYDEN. - 22 · 2 · 32 ribbon- grosgrain ribbon, 34mm wide, maroon with central yellow stripe and dark blue wider stripes either side markings- hallmark at bottom of reverse- V&C (anchor) (lion passant) (E)
