English: Medieval gilt spur buckle, oval frame with small projections flanking tapering integral oval plate with perforation with narrowed bar for missing pin, pierced by two rivet-holes, that at frame end containing a copper alloy rivet, the other through slight transverse rectangular expansion with projecting hook curled into tight loop at terminal. 52 x 20mm.
