English: Medieval lead alloy papal bulla of Alexander III, 1159-81, 35mm in diamter and 4mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a grey patina and weighs 38.81grams. The object is circular in form with a rectangular section. The upper surface has a small concave area and the bottom is flattened, this is where the chord attaching it to the papal bull would have emerged.
