Medieval to post-medieval double-oval buckle
Description
English: A copper-alloy double-oval buckle of probable medieval to post-medieval date (R. Whitehead, 1996, p. 52).

Both sides of the frame are roughly D-shaped and have a slightly convex upper surface and flat underside. There is a central axis bar of rectangular section. The pin is missing.

It measures 22.1mm diameter by 17.3mm high and 2.3mm thick. It weighs 2.27g.
