Kloster Mehrerau, Bregenz, Vorarlberg; Collegiumskapelle; Dekorationsmalerei von Viktor Metzger, figurale Gemälde von Franz Xaver Kolb, 1887: Wappen an der Unterseite der Orgelempore; das gekrönte, doppelschwänzige Meerweibchen als Schildhalter entstammt dem Wappen der Abtei Wettingen, der heraldisch rechte Schild (Schlüssel und Schwert als Symbole für Peter und Paul) zeigt das der Abtei Mehrerau, der heraldisch linke Schild wohl das Wappen des Abts der Entstehungszeit der Kapelle (?)
