The cells in Video S2 were treated with H35N (5 µg/ml) for 3 hr and TIRFM video was recorded as described in methods sections. The blockade of caveolae dynamics is seen on the cell surface though it is not 100% as in case of α-HL. The EM gain setting was same as video 3. |
