Slovenščina: V skladu s slovenskim Zakonom o avtorski in sorodnih pravicah, avtorske pravice anonimnih, psevdonimnih in kolektivnih del pridejo v javno last 70 let po zakoniti objavi dela.[4] Arhivsko gradivo je treba uporabljati v skladu z Zakonom o varstvu dokumentarnega in arhivskega gradiva ter arhivih[5] in Zakonom o varstvu kulturne dediščine.[6] 97. člen zakona o varstvu arhivskega gradiva objavo reprodukcij javnega arhivskega gradiva brez dovoljenja Arhivov prepoveduje! |
