Français : Expérience de Bessemer montrant le présence de gaz dissous dans l'acier issu du convertisseur Bessemer : quand l'acier en fusion est soumis au vide, les gaz s'échappent en faisant déborder la poche le creuset contenant l'acier en fusion (principe du dégazage d'une boisson gazeuse).
English: Experiment by Bessemer showing the presence of dissolved gas into the steel poured from a Bessemer converter : when steel is exposed to vacuum, the gases escape, making the liquid steel spreading out of the crucible (as the degassing of a carbonated drink).
