English: Honorary doctorate ceremony for Joachim Gauck, former President of the Federal Republic of Germany, at the auditorium of the University of Münster (Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster) in Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Joachim Gauck was awarded an honorary doctorate (Dr. h.c. theol.) by the Faculty of Protestant Theology of the University. Here (right to left) Dean Professor Dr. Hans-Peter Großhans, Daniela Schadt, Joachim Gauck and Rector Professor Dr. Johannes Wessels.
Deutsch: Ehrenpromotionsfeier von Bundespräsident a.D. Joachim Gauck in der Aula der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster in Münster, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland.
