Div. and MND-B headquarters, Oct. 28, 2008. Both men serve with the 142nd Chaplains Detachment, California Army National Guard, currently attached to the chaplain's office, 4th Inf. Div., MND-B. Meier is a Catholic priest, who was commissioned an officer at the age of 50. |
