Summary[edit]
DescriptionMusical keyboard playing recorded melody from memory.webm |
A "FunKey 61 Plus" musical keyboard plays back a melody recorded into its memory. The blue-backlit screens shows the notes as they are played back, and the piano buttons that were pressed during recording. The duration of a recording is not limited by time but by the number of buttons pressed. The keyboard also records the strength and duration of each button push. This keyboard has no non-volatile memory for storing recorded melodies while powered off like some Yamaha keyboards do. When powered off, the memory is cleared. This is why I decided to film this melody played for fun back then, and nine years later, I am releasing it. Note by uploader: I am not a musician. This was just a fun project. |
