Description

Flintlock, muzzle loading musket Made for presentation to Indian chiefs flintlock, muzzle loading musket, hexagonal browned rifled barrel, .58 inch calibre, leaf back sights, hooked breech, silver British royal coat of arms at rear of barrel by hammer, hammer safety latch, iron fittings, engraved trigger guard, engraved box with cannon barrel and balls, gourd, and shield, set in stock for patches etc., comes with wooden ramrod, chequering on wrist of butt, raised cheek-piece on butt markings: on lock plate: Latham maker: Latham
