Description
English: A complete copper alloy Buckle of Late Medieval date (AD 1400-1500). The object is a double loop annular buckle with a narrowed strap bar and a decorated frame. The frame is moulded with 7 rounded knops projecting from the outside of the frame. The wire pin is retained.

Length: 28.85mm, Width: 28.93mm, Thickness: 2.88mm, Weight: 4.4g.

The metal is a mid-brown in colour with a slightly pitted patina
