Two shelters and three entranceways, sponsored by the French Government and Federal Civil Defense Administration, will be tested under a Civil Effects Test Group project during Operation Plumbbob. Ammann & Whitney Consulting Engineers, of New York City, and Holmes and Narver, Inc., supervised construction of the shelters by Sierra Construction Co.
