Description

PLEASE, NO invitations or self promotions, THEY WILL BE DELETED. My photos are FREE to use, just give me credit and it would be nice if you let me know, thanks.

This light tower is directly across from the Medway Head Lighthouse on Frying Pan Island. I have been here many times and never seen this tower before, wonder if it is new!

It is a skeleton tower with red and white strips. The light is red and operates at night only. The light is 3.2 meters (10.5ft) above sea level.

I will be away for 3 days so replies will be VERY limited as I will have to use my iPhone and only at the end of a day, if not tired. I am off to Cape Breton Island and the largest reconstructed archaeological site in the world - Fortress Louisbourg. I have to update some pictures and changing the layout of my book I made of the fortress.
