Nasi Lemak with Rendang Beef AUD7.90. AUD6.90 for 2 dishes from the bain marie with plain rice rice. Mostly spicy dishes. The beef rendang was quite authentic with bits of turmeric leaf, star anise and cloves, but I found it lacking in shredded coconut that usually adds that extra dimension to the dish. Unfortunately all this was brought down by way too much oil, and not just because it was accompanied by coconut rice. The coconut rice was fine, if a bit soggy. I think I'll stick to <a href="http://www.theage.com.au/news/restaurant-reviews/changi-village-nasi-lemak/2005/10/10/1128796457046.html">Changi Village Nasi Lemak</a>.
