Description
English: en:Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar (1831-1896), Shah of Persia from 17 September 1848 until his assassination on 1 May 1896. This photograph is reproduced from an album belonging to Nasser al-Din Shah himself, containing more than one hundred photographs. This photograph shows Nasser al-Din Shah in the Hall of Mirrors of the en:Golestan Palace, standing next to the Jewelled Globe.

This is a reproduction of a photograph from an album belonging to Nasser Ad-Din Shah Qajar, containing more than one hundred photographs, covering a wide range of subject matters. The survival of this album has been attributed to Dr Fathollah Jalali.
