| Description | I saw the ties at Peebles, Ohio on the old NS tracks that run from Portsmouth to Cincinnati. Apparently, NS is going to upgrade the tracks that now carry only occcasonal traffic. I've never seen a train on these tracks and assumed the line would adandoned. It's good to see that it's going to be upgraded. |
