Description
English: Lt. Col. Edward G. McGinley (center), commanding officer, 24th Transportation Battalion, gives a detailed explanation of the missions and capabilities of various static display vehicles to Adm. William J. Fallon (right), commander, U.S. Central Command, May 14, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Looking on is Staff Sgt. Demetrius Rucker, a squad leader with 96th Transportation Company, who also answered any questions the new CENTCOM commander had during his tour of the vehicles and equipment. During his visit, Fallon toured the facilities of Third Army/U.S. Army Central, and met with deployed service members, some of whom were preparing to move into Iraq. (Photo by Staff Sgt. Houston F.
