Summary[edit]

Description
English: In this image, Newton's Laws of Motion are shown throughout common occurrences of a soccer match. In the first law, the ball is influenced by the wind, an unbalanced force, causing it to roll. In the second law, the ball is being kicked causing its acceleration to be dependent on the mass of the soccer ball and the net force of the kick. In the third law, a player is performing a header on the ball. When the ball hits the player's head, there is an equal and opposite reaction allowing for the ball to bounce off the player's head.
