Nederlands: Nieuw hart voor zuidelijk stadsdeel; Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.; Het metrostation Zuidplein te Rotterdam, vanwaar bussen vertrekken naar de nieuwbouwwijken Hoogvliet en Pendrecht. Verder het nieuwe Ahoy-complex, waar als eerste beurs de Femina 1970 wordt gehouden, het naastgelegen Sportpaleis Ahoy en het openlucht en overdekte zwembad De Plompert. Er wordt gewerkt aan de bouw van een winkelcentrum, en parkeergarage en horecabedrijven.
English: New heart for southern quarter; Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.; The underground station Zuidplein in Rotterdam, where the busses to the new developments Hoogvliet and Pendrecht depart. Also the new Ahoy complex, where the first show is the Femina 1970, the adjacent Sports Palace Ahoy and the outdoor and indoor swimmingpool De Plompert. The shopping centre, a car park and catering companies are still under construction.
