Text:
They believe, in fact, know Seattle to be the greatest city in the Northwest, and they know that the north end of the city is going to be the best, and develop the quickest, especially that portion near the exposition grounds, where the new car line and all the city improvements are now going in. This is the reason why. We have sold 29 lots in the last 10 days in the new Green Lake Reservoir addition...Prices $250 to $400. Terms $10 cash and $5 in per month. This is one of the prettiest additions ever platted in the city limits.
