Description
English: An extratropical cyclone near the Aleutian Islands early on February 25, 2019, after reaching the peak intensity of 75 knots (10-min) and 956 hPa earlier. Its cold front attached to Typhoon Wutip during peak intensity in the southwest (not shown in this picture), also the strongest February typhoon in history.
