Description
English: Lt. Col. Jorge Milla, deputy commander of the 358th Civil Affairs Brigade's National Vocational Technical Team, talks with Lt. Col. Jake Ellwood, the commander of Overwatch Battlegroup (West), the unit in charge of area defense, at a vocational/technical school in Nasiriyah, Iraq, during a site visit Saturday, Sept. 29. The Votech team's objective is to facilitate the teaching of trade skills such as plumbing or carpentry to local residents in these schools to deter militia recruitment.
