The Olive-backed Sunbird or Tamsi is one of the smallest birds in the Philippines. A small skittish bird that has a very distinct long, thin beak that it uses to sip nectar from flowers. Its back is a uniform olive color while its body is yellow.

Description
English: The Olive-backed Sunbird or Tamsi is one of the smallest birds in the Philippines. Although hummingbirds and sunbirds both largely feed on nectar, they are different in sizes. Hummingbirds are between 5-11 centimeters in length, some like the bee hummingbirds are at 5-6 cm, considered to be the tiniest in the world.
