Description
Deutsch: Musketier Oyer aus Westenholz (Ortsteil von Delbrück), Soldat vom Hannoverschen Infanterieregiment Nr.77 in Celle. Eine um die Jahrhundertwende 1899/1900 sehr populäre Form der Porträtaufnahme, die für einen Aufpreis auch koloriert wurde und als Andenken an Freunde und scheidende Kameraden diente. Die Atelieraufnahme des - beinahe kindlich wirkenden Soldaten wurde zunächst einer sehr zarten, wie ein pastellartiger Hauch angedeuteten Kolorierung unterzogen, die sich beispielsweise am Mobiliar und auf der Wange des Knaben zeigt. Im Anschluss wurde Mütze und Rock mit dicken blauen und roten Farbpasten übermalt. Auffallend ist die sorgfältige Kolorierung der Regimentsmerkmale: weiße Schulterklappen mit roter Regimentsnummer "77", rote Ärmelpatten mit hellblauer Paspelierung und der Seitengewehrtroddel, die ihn mit blauem Kranz und Schieber sowie gelbem Stengel als Angehörigen der 12.Kompanie ausweisen. ...
