Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Time-lapse of U2OS: Flp-In T-Rex GFP-CEP131 WT cells. Cells were grown in CO2-independent medium on glass-bottom dishes and imaged for GFP fluorescence over the course of 10 min. The movie is speeded up 60x compared to real time.
